Summary: Fantastic stay. Super clean and comfy. Quiet (except for the occasional train, but we got used to it quickly). Service was exceptional from checkin to cleaning to food/drink service.

Summary: We had an amazing 1 night stay with the family. Everything was clean and met our expectations. The view of the river and the city was incredible. They brought us extra towels to our room. The only thing I didn’t love was the extra $30 destination fee. However, totally worth it after our stay. I highly recommend.

Summary: From beginning to end the hospitality was great. We were able to get a room facing the river on a higher floor and it was the perfect view to wake up to. The hotel is conveniently located near many local attractions such as the French Quarter, Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street. I had a medical emergency during my stay and the hotel staff was quick to respond. Very professional, great customer service and went above and beyond to assure my safety. They followed up with a phone call every day to assure I was ok. The breakfast buffet with the unlimited mimosa was a hit. The bar on the 11th floor overlooking the river is also a nice place to hangout and have dinner while listening to music. Special shoutout to Amanda Winchester for her hospitality. Overall great experience- I recommend this hotel.

Summary: There was a problem with the valet parking every day. When I complained at the front desk, I was told “yeah, I’m not surprised”. Housekeeping was on it. 2 towels for 3 people, bathroom gel missing and had to request room to be done two days out of five. The times I contacted staff about issues, it seemed they didn’t really care.

Summary: Excellent place near everything, the aquarium, riverboat, casino, streetcar and French Quarter are steps away. Have the breakfast croissant it’s large enough for 2 people 👍
